Jacket Heater
A jacket heater wraps a pressure tank and warms the material, which lowers its viscosity so it flows and dispenses consistently. Each TH heater is sized to one tank: 300 W for 1 L, 400 W for 3 L, 650 W for 5 L, 900 W for 10 L and 1,600 W for 20 L. Use a temperature controller to hold the set point.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to heat the hose and valve too?
Often, yes. If the material cools between the tank and the valve, viscosity rises again. Ask us about line heaters.
How do I control the temperature?
With a TCD-200 temperature controller.
