The TH-5 is an electric jacket heater for 5-litre pressure dispensing tanks. Designed for mid-volume production applications where temperature-controlled dispensing is needed — hot-melt adhesives, high-viscosity potting compounds, thermal interface materials, and other fluids that are too thick at room temperature for reliable automated dispensing. The jacket provides even heat distribution around the tank, stabilising fluid viscosity for repeatable shot volumes and consistent bead profiles. Compatible with Dispense Robotics 5L pressure tank systems.
