The TH-3 is an electric jacket heater for 3-litre pressure dispensing tanks. Wrapping the tank in controlled heat reduces fluid viscosity, enabling consistent bead size and flow rate for high-viscosity materials including hot-melt adhesives, epoxy systems, and thick sealants. Uniform jacket heating prevents cold spots that cause inconsistent shot volumes on automated dispensing lines. The TH-3 is the right tool when your 3L tank is running materials that need to stay above ambient temperature to flow reliably. Compatible with Dispense Robotics 3L pressure tank systems.
