The TH-1 is an electric jacket heater designed to fit 1-litre pressure dispensing tanks. Heating the tank raises fluid temperature, lowering viscosity for consistent, controllable flow — critical when dispensing hot-melt adhesives, high-viscosity silicones, or temperature-sensitive resins that become too thick at ambient temperature. The jacket design provides uniform heat distribution around the tank body, avoiding hot spots that can cause material degradation. Use the TH-1 when fluid dispensing performance is inconsistent due to viscosity variation from temperature fluctuations. Compatible with Dispense Robotics 1L pressure tank systems.
