Plunger Pump System
A plunger pump meters a fixed shot of low viscosity liquid, up to 5,000 cps, with a pneumatic double-acting plunger. You size it by shot volume: the PP-1CV delivers up to 1 cc, the PP-3CV 3 cc, the PP-5CV 5 cc and the PP-10CV 11 cc. Inlet and outlet hoses come in S, M and L sizes.

How to choose
- If the liquid is under 5,000 cps and the shot is fixed, a plunger pump is simple and repeatable.
- If the material is thicker, filled or 2K, use a progressive cavity pump.
