2K Pneumatic Valve
A 2K pneumatic valve opens the resin and hardener lines together into a static mixer, so pressure-fed 2K material is dispensed mixed. Both valves use a poppet design with suck-back, which reduces ball-up after a shot. The TDV-300T twin valve handles 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. The DDV-300 double valve is for 1:1 only. Both take up to 0.6 MPa feed pressure.

How to choose
- If the ratio must be held to a number you can check, meter each side with a 2K PDP progressive cavity pump instead of relying on feed pressure.
