Pro-Duo Pump Controller
A PDC controller runs a 2K Pro-Duo progressive cavity pump (PDP): it drives the A and B sides together and holds the mix ratio in ratio mode. It stores 15 programs and takes a start signal from a robot or PLC. The PDC-100 offers time, steady, purge and ratio modes; the PDC-1000 offers time, steady, anti-drip and ratio modes. Both have a 4.5-inch touch screen.

How to choose
- If your material needs a purge between shots to keep the mixer from curing, look at the PDC-100's purge mode.
- If drips at the end of a shot are the problem, look at the PDC-1000's anti mode.
- If the ratio is far from 1:1 (10:1, for example), tell us; we may size the A and B pumps differently (a PDP-X pair).
Frequently asked questions
How do you check the ratio?
Weigh a shot from each side separately and compare. We recommend a weekly weight check; we hold ratio to within 1% per side.
Can a robot or PLC trigger the dispense?
Yes. Both accept a contact input or NPN open-collector start signal and return an NPN open-collector end signal.
What comes with the controller?
A motor cable, I/O cable, power cable and terminal block.
