Stop Guessing Your Cartridge Size
Pick a container that's too big and you throw material away when it ages out — most 1K and 2K compounds have a six-month shelf life, and the expensive filled materials are the ones that expire first. Pick one that's too small and you're changing cartridges all shift, ingesting air at every changeover and scrapping the first shots after each swap.
2K makes it worse. If Part A and Part B aren't sized against the mix ratio — by volume or by weight, they're not the same thing — one side runs out early and the other sits half-full on the bench.
What the tool does
- Works for 1K and 2K applications
- Accepts your mix ratio by volume or by weight — and converts correctly using specific gravity
- Enter your dose as volume (cc) or weight (g), whichever you have
- For 2K, sizes Part A and Part B so both cartridges deplete together
- Recommends the right PCP cartridge size — 170, 330, 340, 650, or 1000cc
- Shows the real usable fill of each cartridge, not the label volume
It's an Excel workbook — edit the yellow cells, read the green ones. No macros, no installation. Built from the same sizing logic we use when we quote a system.
