Do I need an agitator?
If your material has filler that settles (alumina, glass beads, metal powder), yes. Settled material changes from the top of the tank to the bottom.
What if the pail has already settled?
Restore it first; a gyroscopic mixer re-mixes a sealed pail without opening it.
