SSDV-200

Selective Spray Dispensing Valve

The SSDV-200 is a selective spray dispensing valve that switches between bead spray and line spray patterns by controlling solenoid drive and spray pressure independently.

Both the bead spray and line spray are discharged precisely by controlling the driving solenoid and spray pressure.
The tungsten carbide material is very durable.
It’s easy to control spray flow rate by utilizing the micrometer head, fine angle nozzle and needle.

FAQ

What materials can the SSDV-200 dispense?

Low-to-medium viscosity fluids in bead or line spray pattern. The wetted seat and needle are tungsten carbide, so abrasive-filled low-viscosity coatings and sealants are within range — check compatibility for anything above medium viscosity before specifying.

What's the difference between the SSDV-200 and the SDV-200?

The SSDV-200 adds selective spray control — bead or line pattern from the same valve, switched by the driving solenoid. The SDV-200 is the standard single-pattern version. If your process needs both spray types on one line without swapping valves, the SSDV-200 is the right spec.

What's the max operating pressure?

Operating air pressure needs to be above 0.4 MPa; max dosing pressure is 0.6 MPa. Spray flow rate is fine-tuned with the micrometer head, fine angle nozzle, and needle — no separate flow control valve needed.
