Applying ADVU to the 2K PDP, when dispensing, minimizes the material’s formation and prevents the dripping of the material.

There are 7 types of Anti Drip Valves depending on the type of material, volume of dispensing, dispensing requirement etc., and they can be used in UNIT style by applying a dedicated bracket for each ADV type.

Drips after dispense end up on the part, the fixture, or the nozzle tip — and they all cause rework.

The ADVU-1 is an anti-drip valve unit designed to cut off fluid flow cleanly at the end of each cycle. Suitable for a wide range of viscosities, from low-viscosity sealants to medium-weight adhesives. Multipurpose design means it integrates into most standard dispensing setups without custom tooling. Compact form factor keeps it practical for tight cell layouts.

Use where drip control is required but a full suck-back valve is unnecessary or over-specified.
