Gavin Petersen has spent over 30 years — since 1990 — in industrial fluid dispensing, working deep in the world of sealants, adhesives, and precision dispensing alongside manufacturers across aerospace, automotive, electronics, and other high-precision industries around the world.
Along the way, he helped drive growth at Graco Inc. and Precision Valve & Automation, building decades of hands-on credibility with some of the most demanding names in global manufacturing.
Dispense Robotics
Gavin leads Dispense Robotics, which he established in 2020 out of a simple idea: the best ideas in dispensing technology often come from engineers and inventors who don't have the resources to bring them to a global market. That real-world experience — earned across decades in the field — is what Dispense Robotics brings to every customer today: practical innovation, real scalability, and results manufacturers can actually measure.

Gavin writes and reviews the technical guides, buying guides, and application notes published on the Dispense Robotics blog — drawing on direct field experience with dispensing valves, progressive cavity pumps, and 1K/2K meter-mix systems.
Outside of Work
Gavin is a proud father of two daughters and grandfather to two granddaughters. He and his wife are based in Palm Coast, Florida, where family, integrity, and long-term relationships matter just as much as innovation.
