Pro Pump Controlller for 1K Pump

A control device that can be applied to equipment such as desktop robots, articulated robots, inline systems and etc. to select the method of dispensing and to control the dispensing volume.

Running a progressive cavity pump without a dedicated controller means manual adjustments every time the fluid, program, or output target changes. The PROCON-100 removes that.

Designed for 1K pump systems, it controls dispense volume and method selection across 15 program channels — enough to cover multiple adhesives, materials, or station configurations without reprogramming from scratch. Touch-screen interface for fast setup. Compatible with PRO-PUMP and PRO-DUO PUMP software. PC and PLC external interfaces allow integration into automated lines. CAD-driven dispensing paths supported via Windows SRE software.
