How the pump is chosen

Displacement per side (ml/rev) from the TAEHA 2025 catalog: 005 0.0049, 015 0.017, 050 0.049, 150A 0.17, 500 0.45, 1000 1.1, 1500A 1.5, 1500 1.8, 2000 2.2, 2000A 2.3, 5000 5.5, 10000 10.1, 15000 15.5, 50000 50.
Speed limits: never below 8 rpm. Filled or abrasive materials up to 12 rpm. Unfilled: up to 60 rpm below S.G. 1.5, up to 30 rpm from S.G. 1.5 to 2.0, up to 12 rpm above 2.0. Within those limits we aim for the middle of the band (about 25 rpm unfilled, 10 rpm filled).
All sizes from 005 up are available on either side of a 2K pump. The 150 is supplied as the 150A.
If no pump can hit your shot time inside the speed band, we show the nearest shot time that works.
Volume per part: bead = π × (diameter ÷ 2)² × % of a circle × length (half round = 50%, full round = 100%); ribbon = length × width × thickness; each dot is a half sphere, π × diameter³ ÷ 12.
Parts per hour = 3600 ÷ cycle time in seconds. Material per shift = volume per part × parts per hour × hours per shift. Container changes per shift = material per shift ÷ container size; on 2K, per side, using the side that uses the most.
Container fit: more than 4 changes a shift is too often, 2 to 4 is frequent. We recommend the smallest container you change 2 times a shift or less. Filled materials are not recommended for a static pressure tank, and materials that settle or need heat go to a feeding system.
